"George Milton Northcutt, born Walton Co., Ky., Feb 25 1835, died Wed. July 19 in St. Louis. His father died when he was 7 years old, leaving a widow and six small children. . . . .G. M. married Hannah McCracken who died Dec 6 1905; five children, all living: Mrs. A. R. (Mary) Gowey of Brighton; W. H. of Kansas City, Mo.; Minnie and Julia of St. Louis, and Cordelia Elder of Richland, Mo. . . . .Buried beside his wife in Pleasant Plain Cemetery."
