TRACY, 1202 South Main street, passed away last night at 11:00 p.m. at the Jefferson county hospital where he had been transferred from the home of his son, Doyle, in Moline, Illinois, in whose home he had suffered a stroke last Friday. He was brought to the hospital Saturday. He had been in failing health the past six months.

Mr. TRACY, the son of Marion TRACY and Alice ELLER, was born near Brookville on November 21, 1869 and was married to Ida M. CLARK, September 18, 1895, near Brookville. He lived on a farm in that community until 1921 when he moved here. He was employed at the Dexter Company until his retirement ten years ago. He and Mrs. TRACY, who is now a patient at the local hospital, observed their Golden Wedding anniversary Sept. 18, but due to the poor health of Mrs. TRACY, plans for the observance were called off.
