Jerry 'Oggy' Lee OGDEN

Jerry "Oggy" Lee OGDEN, 65, of Libertyville, died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, at home.

A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Libertyville Faith United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Peg Ellingson officiating. Burial will be at Fell Cemetery, south of Libertyville.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cub Scout Pack 62. Cards and memorials may be sent to P.O. Box 153, Libertyville 52567.

Mr. OGDEN was born May 17, 1945, in Ottumwa, the son of Devene and Eunice SHONDEL OGDEN. He married Christine RUSK July 18, 1969, in Fairfield.

Mr. OGDEN had worked as a machinist at Rockwell International for 22 years, retiring in 1995.

Survivors include his wife; three children, Jodi O'DELL and husband Glen of Ottumwa, Michael OGDEN of Packwood and Jennifer JOHANNES and husband Jeff of Libertyville; five grandchildren; and seven siblings, Jackie TEETER, Rick OGDEN, Gypsy CREECH, Cheryle McDANIEL, Tamara BOUGHTON, Dawn BOUGHTON and Tycene CLINE.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one granddaughter.
