"PLEASANT PLAIN. Mrs. Floyd Johnson, well-known resident of the Pleasant Plain community, died at 3 p.m. Sun., Feb. 5, at her farm home one mile west of Pleasant Plain. Burial will be in the cemetery nearby. Gould Funeral Home in Brighton. Mrs. Hazel Johnson, 43, born July 25 1923 at Brighton, dau. of Earl and Barbara Rich Mullikin. Spent entire life in the Brighton and Pleasant Plain communities and was married to Floyd Johnson on Feb 10 1946 in Brighton. Survived by her husband and children: Raymond, Barbara Esther, Mary Teresa and Karen Ann; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Mullikin, and two brothers, Wesley and Leo Mullikin both of Brighton. She was a member of the Friends church and served as a member of the Board of Elders."
