Former Fairfield Man Fell Dead, Ottumwa Street Yesterday

Louis KELER, aged 65, a former resident of his city died suddenly Friday afternoon about 1:30 o’clock in Ottumwa from a heart attack. He was hauling a load of coal and stepping from the truck to have it weighed he was stricken and died at once. He is survived by his wife one son and six daughters. Also two brothers Charles and Arthur both of this city and two sisters Mrs. Velma WILLSIE of this city and Mrs. John LINDROS of Davenport.

Mr. KELLER was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. August KELLER of this city and was reared here. There are a number of other relatives in this vicinity.

Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the Johnson Funeral Home in Ottumwa and the burial will be made in Eldon Cemetery.
