"AN OLD SETTLER DEAD. Sarah Hibbs, widow of Valentine Hibbs, died Dec 2 1887 at Pleasant Plain. Born at Belmont, Belmont Co., Ohio in 1810, married at Freeport, Ohio in 1838, and moved to Jefferson County in 1853. . . . .Member Society of Friends from her youth. . . . ."
