"PLEASANT PLAIN. Clarence Wayne Hamilton, 72, Jefferson County farmer, died Sun. morning at his home in Pleasant Plain. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery. Born Feb 19 1897 near Fairfield, son of Noble and Eva Macy Hamilton; married March 15 1919, Florence Welch. Surviving are his widow and three sons: Kenneth, Omaha, Neb.; Hubert, Dallas, Tex.; and Dale, Chicago, Ill. Six grandchildren also survive. Member of the Friends Church and American Legion. Veteran of WW1. One sister and two brothers are deceased."
