"Peter Elmore died at his home six miles west of Brighton Jan. 30 and will be buried at Pleasant Plain today. Nearly 87 years of age and has been living with his two sons, Andy and Pete for some time. Leaves four children, another son Amos living near there, and a daughter Mrs. Wm. Pickering of Pleasant Plain."
