Page 4, Column 4PLEASANT PLAIN. The body of Mrs. Sarah ATWOOD, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Sam GROVES, near Osceola, was brought to this place Saturday Mar. 21st, deceased having been at one time a resident of this place. She was 85 years old and an aunt of J. T. ELLYSON and Mrs. F. L. ECK. . . . Body taken to the Brighton cemetery for burial.

Page 3, Column 6Death's Harvest at Pleasant Plain.
... The remains of Mrs. Sarah ATWOOD, who died at Osceola the 20th ult., were brought to Pleasant Plain on the 21st, and were taken thence to Brighton for interment. Mrs. ATWOOD was in the eighty-sixth year of her age. The greater portion of her life was spent in northern Jefferson county, and she had many friends there who will mourn her death.
