Frances E. BELVEAL DuBOIS, 69, Jackson, Wyo., formerly of Route 4, Fairfield, died Friday morning, May 13, 1988, at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Shirley Meendering officiating. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 tonight at Behner Funeral Home. A memorial has been established to Jackson, Wyo., Animal Shelter.
Mrs. DuBOIS was born April 9, 1919, in Kinderhook, Ill., the daughter of William and Cynthia Ann ANCEL SIGLER. She married William BELVEAL, who died in 1944. On Oct. 25, 1945, she married Donald D. DuBOIS. He died Oct. 13, 1975. She graduated from Fremont High School, where she was an all-state guard on the Fremont High School basketball team. She worked at an airplane plant in Wichita, Kan., at Morrell's meatpacking plant in Ottumwa and was a homemaker.
Surviving are a daughter, Cynthia Ann DuBOIS of Jackson, Wyo., and a brother, Fred SIGLER of Davenport. Five brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
