"Mrs. Luetta Wynona Avery killed in highway accident about a mile west of Brighton Sat. Burial Friends Cemetery, Pleasant Plain. Born Dec 1 1894 at Richland, dau. of the late Lewis and Emma Reynolds Rambo; married in Ottumwa Oct 8 1913 Wm. Henry Avery. Lived on a farm northeast of Fairfield in Jefferson County until 11 years ago when they moved to a farm near Pleasant Plain. Two years ago they moved to Pleasant Plain. Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, Francis Eugene Avery, and a grandson. Preceded in death by her parents and one sister."
