Plommie E. ANDERSON

Plommie E. ANDERSON, 99, of Burlington, died at 1:35 a.m. Thursday, April 8, 1999, at Burlington Medical Center-Klein Unit in Burlington.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Messiah Lutheran Church in Burlington with the Rev. Donald Hoornstra officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation began today in Lunning Chapel where family will be present from 7-8:30 p.m. A memorial has been established for Messiah Lutheran Church.

Mrs. ANDERSON was born Aug. 24, 1899, in Mediapolis, the daughter of Albert and Ellen JACKSON JACKSON (sic. both JACKSON's are in text of original obituary). She married John Arthur ANDERSON May 30, 1925, in Mediapolis. He died Jan. 21, 1976.

Mrs. ANDERSON was a homemaker and attended Messiah Lutheran Church. She belonged to the Ladies Aid.

Survivors include two daughters, Irma KUNTZ and Violet NIEHAUS, both Burlington; three sons, Clarence and Leonard ANDERSON, both of Burlington, and Charles ANDERSON of Middletown; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, one great-grandson, two brothers and two sisters.
