Transcriber notes: The obituary as published used "Margaret Mae CLINKENBARD". The correct surname should be CLINKINBEARD. Also, while the obituary uses "Mae" as the middle name, the headstone for her uses "May". The headstone, on the other hand, is engraved with the dates "1880-1931". Recent genealogy findings provide her birth and death dates as October 14, 1879 - August 22, 1931. Margaret's maiden name was GLOTFELTY.

CLINKENBEAR (sic. the last letter 'D' was dropped from the published item, the intended spelling of the name as CLINKENBEARD instead of the correct CLINKINBEARD notwithstanding) FUNERAL TODAY

Well Known Fairfield Woman Died Saturday Afternoon.

Private funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Mae CLINKENBEARD, wife of L. E. CLINKENBEARD, were held this afternoon at 4 oclock from the home in charge of Dr. U. S. Smith of the First Methodist church. Interment in Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. CLINKENBEARD passed away at her home, 700 East Burlington Street, Saturday afternoon at 2 oclock after being in ill health for several months. She is survived by her husband (sic. Leslie E CLINKINBEARD) and one daughter, Margaret, at home.
