DEATH CLAIMS TWO LIBERTYVILLE WOMEN

Mrs. Ray SCOVEL of Libertyville died this morning at her home there after an illness of several weeks with blood poisoning.

Mrs. SCOVEL was Miss Nellie SWARTZ (sic. the correct maiden name should be SCHWARTZ; daughter of William Henry SCHWARTZ and SARAH TROUT SCHWARTZ) of near Birmingham. She was 23 years old, and was married the third of last July to Ray SCOVEL, at Galesburg, Ill. They have made their home at Libertyville. Her mother, three sisters and six brothers, besides the husband, are left to mourn her.

The funeral services will be held at the Methodist church in Libertyville Thursday afternoon at one o'clock.....(sic. followed by death notice of another individual not related but who died the same day)

Note: Buried at Fell Cemetery, Libertyville, Iowa. Her husband, Raymond SCOVEL, died in October 1918 in France of injuries sustained in combat action during WWI.
