RAYMOND, Donald C. -- Donald C. RAYMOND, 62, formerly of Fairfield, died Friday, Aug. 20, 2010.

A memorial service was held this morning at Skyline Baptist Church in Branson, Mo.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Skyline Baptist Church, in care of Donald RAYMOND, 959 State Highway 165, Branson, MO 65616.

Mr. RAYMOND was born Oct. 7, 1947, the son of Cyril and Marjorie RAYMOND.

Mr. RAYMOND had served on the Fairfield Police Department for a total of 27 years. He was police chief for eight years, from 1993 until his retirement in 2001.

Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Mary RAYMOND; one daughter, Rachel COUCH; one son, Mark RAYMOND; and three grandchildren.
