*Transcribed for genealogy purposes. I am not related to the person(s) mentioned.
Note: In SDiv.4-005 at Evergreen Cemetery is a tall monument for this husband and wife. The spellings of the names that are engraved differ somewhat from the spelling used in the obituary transcribed above. The name of the husband that is engraved on one facing side is "Phillipp RINGELSPACHER". On the opposite side facing is the inscription and date information for his wife, Magdalena RINGELSPACHER (1843-1907). Her maiden name is believed to be SCHAFFER.
It is possible that the surnames were interchanged during life and death, as variations of original German spellings are common when people emigrated to the United States and established new lives and families.
Researchers of this family should be aware that there are variations of the spellings of first and surnames which may affect results of searching for past and subsequent generations.
