Marie BLOUGH

Marie BLOUGH, 84, 207 S. Second St., died at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, 1992, at Jefferson County Hospital.

The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Kenneth Royar officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 tonight at Raymond Funeral Home, where memorials to First United Methodist Church or the Senior Citizens Elevator Fund may be left.

Mrs. BLOUGH was born Sept. 7, 1907, in Streator, Ill., the daughter of Raymond L. and Mabel McGILL ZEILMAN. She was reared and educated in Streator, graduating from Streator High School. She moved to Fairfield in 1925. She married Edwin E. "Pete" BLOUGH on June 24, 1931, at the Christian church parsonage in Fairfield. He died March 13, 1977. She worked as cashier at the Woolworth's store in Fairfield for five years, was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Senior Citizen Center, where she served as assistant coordinator.

Surviving are two daughters, Doris EKLUND of Fairfield, Virginia LANGFORD of Anson, Texas; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. A brother preceded her in death.
