Louise J. BREWER

Louise J. BREWER, 74, 306 E. Adams Ave., Apt. C, died Sunday morning, June 14, 1998, at Nelson Nursing Home.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Linda Hendricks officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to American Legion Auxiliary or VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

Mrs. BREWER was born Feb. 29, 1924, in Fairfield, the daughter of George and Mable (sic. Mabel) SCHLIEF CONOVER. She married Donald HENDRICKS in 1940 and was divorced. She married Kenneth W. BREWER Sept. 20, 1947, in Kahoka, Mo. He died Aug. 2, 1977.

Mrs. BREWER lived her entire life in the Fairfield community and was a homemaker. She was a member of American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing bingo and cards.

Survivors include one son, Jerry HENDRICKS of Fairfield; one daughter, Sandra ORR of Washington, Iowa; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one brother, Richard CONOVER; and one grandchild.
