BUCHER, James Edward -- James Edward BUCHER, 73, of Libertyville, died at 7:45 p.m. Monday, June 21, 2010, at Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown.

Arrangements are in the care of Behner Funeral Home.

BUCHER, James Edward -- James Edward BUCHER, 73, of Libertyville, died at 7:45 p.m. Monday, June 21, 2010, at Iowa Veteran's Home in Marshalltown.

A service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Faith United Methodist Church in Libertyville, with the Rev. Peg Ellingson officiating. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery.

Family visitation will be from 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday at Behner Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to Fell Cemetery Association or Libertyville Faith United Methodist Church.

Mr. BUCHER was born Dec. 16, 1936, in Libertyville, the son of Edward and Marjorie LOUTH BUCHER.

He had worked at Bucher's Garage, doing auto tune up and auto body repair.

Mr. BUCHER was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Survivors include one brother, Lary BUCHER of Lincoln, Neb.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Janet WINGATE.
