Death of Mrs. DAMM.

Mrs. Dora (sic. a/k/a Dorathea) DAMM, wife of Michael DAMM, sr., and old and well known resident of eastern Jefferson county, died at her home in Glendale on Thursday after a protracted illness. Deceased was a native of Germany, and was born November 26th, 1813. She came to this country in early life, and had lived in this county more than a third of a century. Her husband and two children, a son and a daughter, the latter by a former marriage, survive her. Mrs. DAMM was a most excellent woman, one who bore the highest esteem of the people of the community in which she had lived so long. Her remains were interred Saturday in the Union cemetery south of Glendale. Services were conducted by Rev. S.T. Horton, and there was an unusually large attendance upon them.
