Mae CRAFF, 78, Taken In Death

Death came this morning to Mae CRAFF, life-time resident of the Germanville community. She passed away at 8:30 a.m. today in the Washington county hospital at Washington.

The body is at the Hoskins funeral home where last rites are pending. Friends are asked to call the funeral home Sunday for time and place of services.

Mae CRAFF, 78, was born at Germanville, the daughter of the late Michael and Carolyn SPIELMAN CRAFF. She was reared and educated in the Germanville community where she spent her entire life.

She never married, and for many years made her home in Germanville west of the store. She was a member of the Hope Lutheran church, and the last of a family of seven children. A brother, William CRAFF, died Oct. 5, 1958 at the Nelson Nursing home west of Fairfield.

Miss CRAFF is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and three sisters.
