Mrs. PAGEL, 83, Taken In Death

Mrs. Patti PAGEL, 83, long-time resident of Fairfield, died this morning at 4:15 a.m. at her home, 200 E. Adams. She had been in failing health for the past ten years and seriously ill the past three months.

The body is at the Weston Behner Funeral Home. The body will be cremated and inurnment services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery at a later date. The casket will not be open.

Patti PAGEL was born Feb. 4, 1883, at Salem, Iowa, the daughter of George and Martha WING FRAME. She was married Jan. 29, 1934, to Adolph PAGEL. He died Oct. 16, 1935.

Mrs. PAGEL is survived by one son, Harry THORNBERRY, Fairfield.

Transcriber note: Mrs. PAGEL was first married to Harry THORNBERRY of Fairfield in 1911. She was widowed in 1916. She then married Edward MENEELY of Fairfield in 1919. She was again widowed, this time in 1931.
