SMITH, Debra Ann -- Debra Ann SMITH, 53, of Fairfield, died Monday morning, Jan. 12, 2009, at home.

A runeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Jeff Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorials made to the family may be sent to 405 E. Lowe Ave., Fairfield 52556.

Mrs. SMITH was born March 16, 1955, the daughter of Robert and Shirley MACKON MILLHOUSE in Germany. She married Jerry Lee SMITH Sept. 7, 1974, in Fairfield.

Mrs. SMITH has lived in the Fairfield area since 1957. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Michael SMITH and wife Amber of Fairfield and Gregory SMITH and wife Amy of Cedar Rapids; eight grandchildren; and eight siblings, Robert MILLHOUSE of Batavia, Ronald MILLHOUSE of Ottumwa, Kevin EDLER of Davenport, Lester EDLER of Moline, Ill., Randy COX of Texas, Douglas MILLHOUSE of Fairfield, Karen GIBERSON of Agency and Linda FENNER of Jessup.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandchild.
