SPROUSE, Dale M. -- Dale M. SPROUSE, 79, of Bloomfield, died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2008, at Davis County Hospital Long Term Care in Bloomfield.

As per his request, no services are planned. The body has been cremated.

A memorial has been established to Davis and Wapello County Hospice and may be sent to 23 Spencer Court, Bloomfield 52537.

Arrengements are in the care of Wagler Funeral Home.

Mr. SPROUSE was born May 28, 1929, in Troy, the son of Alva and Iona REISCH SPROUSE. He married Darleen TAYLOR Dec. 11, 1946, in Eldon.

Mr. SPROUSE owned and operated D & D Services, a small engine repair shop.

Survivors include his wife; one son, Jerry SPROUSE of Fairfield; one daughter, Terry ZYBARTH of Cedar Rapids; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Glenn SPROUSE of Selma and Ramon SPROUSE of East Moline, Ill.
