Mrs. Don WOOLUMS, 39, died yesterday afternoon at Ottumwa Hospital. Burial Packwood Cemetery. Had been married 22 years. Family made their home on a farm four miles s.e. of Packwood. Survived by husband and two sons, Edward and Wray Warren. Her father and mother, and a brother and sister preceded her in death. She also leaves two brothers, Fred ALTMAN of Washington State; Zane ALTMAN of near Packwood, and two sisters, Mrs. Gusta STEPHENS of Calumet, Ill., and Mrs. Lottie WARD of Ollie.
