Mrs. A. A. WELLS, long time resident of the Packwood community, died Wed. at Jefferson County Hospital. Last rites at Packwood Christian Church Saturday, with burial in Packwood Cemetery. Behner Funeral Home. Born Aug. 7, 1884, Gates City, Va., daughter of the late Wise and Sarah DONNELSON GILLENWATER; married Aug. 15, 1902, at Gate City. Mr. WELLS is a retired farmer. Besides her husband she is survived by children: Robert WELLS, Geneseo, Ill.; Mrs. Druzilla CLARK, Fairfield; Mrs. Effie HARRINGTON, Phoenix, Ariz., and Frank WELLS, Packwood; nine grandchildren and nine greatgrandchildren. Preceded by her parents and one sister.
