PACKWOOD. Mrs. Wilda STEPHENSON, long-time resident of Packwood, died today University City, Texas. Burial at Packwood. Daughter of Elijah and Mary KNIGHT WOOLUMS; married Ben STEPHENSON who died Sept. 10, 1937. She served as postmistress at Packwood for 20 years prior to her retirement. Member Christian Church, O.E.S., etc. Survivors include a son, Charles STEPHENSON, Universal City, Texas; four sisters, Mrs. Marie GERDE, Long Beach, Calif.; Mrs. Dale SELIX, Centerville; Mrs. Ray KURKA, Fairfield; Mrs. Frank WELLS, Packwood, also two brothers, Fieldon WOOLUMS, Los Angeles, Calif., and Victor WOOLUMS, Packwood; and three grandchildren. Preceded in death by one son who died in infancy and a sister....
