David G. SPENCER, resident of Jefferson County since 1855, died at his home in Packwood Tuesday evening. Born in Jefferson County, Ohio, July 16, 1832. His wife, formerly Miss Catherine RIFE, survives; seven grown children.... Burial at Packwood.
