Mrs. Lillie B. RUGGLES, lifelong resident of Jefferson County, died last night at the home of her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Ruby RUGGLES, 900 S. Main. Services at Linby Baptist Church; burial in Packwood Cemetery. Lillie Belle CLINE RUGGLES, 90, born Oct. 13, 1869, near Abingdon, daughter of William and Cynthia LONGERBONE CLINE. Feb. 7, 1889, married Cyrus R. RUGGLES at Abingdon. He died Oct. 28, 1954. Survivors include daughter-in-law Mrs. Ruby RUGGLES, three grandchildren, seven greatgrandchildren; two brothers, Carl CLINE, Packwood; Bertie CLINE, Ottumwa; a sister Mrs. H. M. POWELSON, St. Cloud, Minn. Preceded in death by husband, parents, one son Orville who died Nov. 6, 1953, and nine brothers and sisters.
