Charles B. RUGGLES, son of John C. and Martha RUGGLES, born Feb. 9, 1864, died Apr. 26, 1920... married Louie MARSHALL June 30, 1892; she died Apr. 26, 1900, leaving him with a little 6-year-old daughter. He was married Feb. 5, 1902, to Hattie HALE, who with his daughter, Mrs. Joyce MENDENHALL, one little granddaughter, Patricia, and the following brothers and sisters: Amos, Jess, Cyrus, Omar, Sam, Nettie JOHNSON and Janie ROMACK, survive.
