Ralph Emory NEFF, lifetime resident of Packwood, died Wed. at his home in Packwood. Burial in Packwood Cemetery. Ralph Emory NEFF, 75, born Mar. 19, 1882, in Jefferson County, son of the late John N. and Ida WEST NEFF; reared in Jefferson County, married Alberta NELSON Jan. 19, 1936, at Ottumwa. Survived by wife, son Emory NEFF, Packwood; a sister, Mrs. Elsie CARR, Ottumwa; a brother A. W. NEFF, Ottumwa. Preceded in death by parents, two brothers and two sisters.
