Ida Virginia JOHNSON, 84, long time resident of Jefferson County and 17 years in Fairfield, died today at Nelson Nursing Home. Burial in Packwood Cemetery. Born Dec. 17, 1878, in Kansas, daughter of Levi and Susan DOUGLAS SHARP; reared and educated in the Packwood community; married in Oct., 1900, to Bersie CARR; he died Nov. 9, 1906. On Jan. 30, 1911, she married Henry E. JOHNSON at Packwood; he died July 19, 1946. She lived in Jefferson County 80 years. Member Packwood Christian Church. Survived by two daughters: Mrs. Snowden WYCKOFF, Fairfield, and Mrs. Velda WALLIN, Skokie, Ill.; one sister, Mrs. Stella MYERS, Packwood. Preceded in death by parents, one son, two sisters and a brother.
