Henry E. JOHNSON, 70, farmer, died today at his home one mile n.w. of Fairfield. Resident of the county 55 years. Born Sept. 11, 1875, in Henry Co., Iowa, son of Mr. and Mrs. Swan JOHNSON; married Ida CARR Jan. 11, 1903. Member Swedish Lutheran Church. Survived by wife and children: Mrs. William RICKARD (REIGHARD), Pleasant Plain; Mrs. Glen MAEDEN, Chicago; one stepdaughter Mrs. Snowden WYCKOFF, Richland; also brothers and sisters: Will JOHNSON, Fairfield; Otto, Davenport; Mrs. Henry STARK, Salem, and Mrs. Merlyn JOHNSON, Centralia, Mo.
