Obit. Warren Arvine DECKER, died Feb. 15 at home of uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. R. L. SIPE of Kahoka, Mo., age 17 months and 18 days. Survived by parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arvine DECKER; grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Ralph DECKER, Ottumwa, and Mr. and Mrs. Victor SIPE of Ollie, and James SIPE of Argyle. Burial in Packwood Cemetery.
