Aubrey Louis BARNETT

PACKWOOD. Aubrey Louis BARNETT, 75, retired Packwood farmer and carpenter, died Sunday at 7 PM at Jefferson County Hospital. Gould Funeral Home in Richland. Burial in Packwood Cemetery. Born June 18, 1894, at Linn Creek, Camden County, Mo. He spent his early years in Missouri and Kansas before coming to Iowa. He was married Feb. 14, 1914, to Leona HODSON, who survives. Also surviving are children: Delbert BARNETT, Elk, Wash.; SFC Fredric E. BARNETT, Fort Meade, Md.; Mrs. Maxine SPITZNOGLE, Muscatine; Mrs. Eloise HADLEY, Richland; and Mrs. Irmala MARIN, Norwalk, Calif.; 26 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; one brother, O. G. BARNETT, Atchison, Kan.; and one sister, Mrs. Evelyn PAGE, Springfield, Mo. Preceded in death by one son, three sisters and two brothers.
