Thomas Lewark CAUGHLAN

Thomas Lewark CAUGHLAN passed away November 13, 2008 in Glasgow KY. He was born in Iowa City IA on Aug. 2, 1938. He graduated from Fairfield High School in 1957. He moved to Kentucky and was employed as a tour guide at Crystal Cave then as a security guard at Dickerson Lumber Co. of Glasgow until his death.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Willis Verne (sic - Vern) CAUGHLAN and Grace KOONS CAUGHLAN, by a stepmother, Grace Marie BURKE CAUGHLAN, 7 brothers, Robert, Donald, Richard, Jack, Charles, Larry & David and 1 sister, Marian UMSTED. He is survived by 21 nieces and nephews and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial service at Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield IA in the summer of 2009.

Arrangements are in the care of A.F. Crow Funeral Home in Glasgow KY.
