TALLEY, Maggie -- Maggie TALLEY, 93, of Richland, died at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2008, at Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield.

A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Gould Funeral Home in Richland, with the Rev. Peggy Egbert officiating. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery.

A general memorial has been established.

Mrs. TALLEY was born northwest of Ollie to Jake and Eliza Jane CAVIN SPANIER. She married George TALLEY Aug. 19, 1931. He died Dec. 19, 2002.

Mrs. TALLEY grew up in Packwood and attended Packwood High School.

She was a longtime member of Trinity Friends Church in Richland. She enjoyed quilting and crocheting.

Survivors include two children, Barry TALLEY of Richland and Dolores RILEY and husband Don of Lake City, Fla.; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; one infant grandchild; one sister, Theresia SHY; and two brothers, Everett and Robert SPANIER.
