HENSLEY, Janis Pauline -- Janis Pauline HENSLEY, 61, of Fairfield, died Saturday, Nov. 4, 2007, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

A simple tribute ceremony will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield. Cremation will follow the ceremony. Burial of cremains will be at a later date.

A memorial fund has been established. Cards can be sent to 404 W. Carpenter Ave., Fairfield 52556.

Mrs. HENSLEY was born May 3, 1946, in Lajolla, Calif., the daughter of Frank and Albenia MARGOL KASTELIC. She married Harvey B. HENSLEY July 20, 1968, in San Diego, Calif.

Mrs. HENSLEY had lived in the Fairfield community since 1983. She was a homemaker and a teacher of Transcendental Meditation.

Survivors include her husband; her father of San Diego, Calif.; one son, Bo Sean HENSLEY of Fairfield; one daughter, Ananda HENSLEY of Fairfield; and two brothers, Frank KASTELIC of Encinitas, Calif., and Rudy KASTELIC of Descanso, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her mother.
