DAVIS, Gloria Jean WARNER -- Gloria Jean WARNER DAVIS, 66, of Eldon, died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007, at home.
A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. Len Garrison officiating. Burial will be in Bonaparte Cemetery.
Open visitation began at 2 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 7-8 p.m.
Memorials to the family may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 18813 Deer Ave., Douds 52551.
Mrs. DAVIS was born May 2, 1941, in Bentonsport, the daughter of David B. and Mary HAYNES WARNER. She married Rollin L. DAVIS Feb. 14, 1959, in Bonaparte.
Mrs. DAVIS graduated from Bonaparte High School and worked for Fairfield Line Glove Co. in Bonaparte and Fairfield for several years. She had been a certified nurses' aide at Van Buren Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua and was most recently employed at Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield.
Survivors include her husband; one son, William DAVIS of Douds; three daughters, Tanna ROBERTS of Eldon, Ronda LEWMAN of Douds and Jeanna DAVIS of Douds; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Rodney WARNER of Bonaparte; and one sister, Maxine CLARK of Bonaparte.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Rollin DAVIS Jr.; one grandson; one brother, David WARNER Jr.; and one infant sister, Vera Mae WARNER.
