Jesse VOORHIES (sic - VORHIES) died Friday morning at 11 o'clock, at his home on East Jefferson Street, after a few days' illness of pneumonia. Short funeral services were held at the house Sunday morning and the remains were taken to Glasgow Monday morning for interment. This is very sad, owing to the fact that the family had moved to this city about a month ago, and were among strangers. Mr. VOORHIES is survived by his wife and four small children.
