PATTON, Beulah K. -- Beulah K. PATTON, 97, of Ankeny, died Monday, July 30, 2007, at Sunny View Care Center.

A Celebration of Life service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Ankeny Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Family visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Parkinson's Foundation or Hospice Foundation of America.

Mrs. PATTON was born Aug. 20, 1909, in Memphis, Mo. She married George A. PATTON. He died in 2004.

Mrs. PATTON moved to Fairfield in 1954 and then to Ankeny in 1998.

Mrs. PATTON was active in church throughout her life. She was a member of the Twin City Chapter No. 258, Order Of The Eastern Star.

Her interests inclded family, sewing, crocheting, gardening, home making, traveling and retail sales with the family business.

Survivors include one daughter, Lavon ANGSTEAD; two grandsons; and one great-grandson.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sister.
