Lourdes Christina “Lulu” FLORES, 41, of San Antonio, Texas, died Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2006.

A mass was held Feb. 14 at St. Anthony De Padua Catholic Church in San Antonio. Interment followed in Holy Cross Cemetery.

Mrs. FLORES was born Sept. 3, 1964, in Fairfield.

Mrs. FLORES completed her high school education in Mexico City. She and her family later moved to Brownsville, and she later moved to San Antonio where she began a new career.

Mrs. FLORES taught a weekly confirmation class at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish. She was actively involved with the San Antonio Apartment Association as a volunteer education instructor and with the Fiesta Flambeau Parade Association as a board member. She also served as a board member for the local chapter of Families with Children from China.

Mrs. FLORES enjoyed traveling with her family and cooking.

Survivors include her husband, Michael; one son, Michael Vincent; two daughters, Mira and Mia; her parents; one brother, Raymond Jr.; three sisters, Mary, Liz and Estelle; and grandmother, Maria ZARAGOZA.
