FRENCH, Anna Marie -- Anna Marie FRENCH, 68, of Fairfield, died Sunday evening, March 18, 2007, at Jefferson County Hospital.

Arrangements are pending at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.

FRENCH, Anna Marie -- Anna Marie FRENCH, 68, of Fairfield, died Sunday evening, March 18, 2007, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

A funeral will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield. The body will be cremated.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the American Stroke Association, St. Luke's Rehabilitation in Cedar Rapids or Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.

Ms. FRENCH was born Oct. 30, 1938, in Gracie, Ky., the daughter of Auburn and Malera HICKS HALL.

Ms. FRENCH graduated from high school in Peoria, Ill., and attended Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids. She worked as a sales representative for Angel Gifts in Fairfield for several years.

Ms. FRENCH was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Eagles Club.

Survivors include three sons, Frank PROVENZANO of Lawton, Okla., Thomas PROVENZANO of Burlington and Kenneth FRENCH of Richland; three daughters, Cynthia PROVENZANO of San Diego, Calif., Mary LLOYD of Rockford, Ill., and Lisa ENGLER of Knoxville; one brother, Jerry HORNER of Fairfield; one sister, Bettye HENDRICKS of Manito, Ill.; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, James HORNER.
