Norma Jane Pell SCHAUS, 78, formerly of Fairfield, died from cancer Sunday, July 2, 2006, at Saint Anthony’s Hospice De Greff House in St. Louis, Mo.

A service will be at 11 a.m. July 15, at Holy Cross Cemetery in Mendota, Ill.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at Kutis Funeral Home in St. Louis.

Memorials may be made to Saint Anthony’s Hospice in St. Louis.

Mrs. SCHAUS was born April 10, 1928, in St. Peter, Minn.

Survivors include five children, Kristi SCHAUS of St. Louis, formerly of Fairfield, David Gus SCHAUS of Fairfield, Steve SCHAUS of Elk Grove, Ill., Jim SCHAUS of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., and Ann BANAS of Orland Park, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two sisters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton James SCHAUS, formerly of Fairfield, and one granddaughter.
