Beulah M. BLOUGH, 90, formerly of Fairfield, died Wednesday, April 12, 2006, at Iowa City Rehab Center in Iowa City (note: in Johnson Co., IA).

A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield. The body has been cremated. Burial of the cremains will be in Evergreen Cemetery following the service.
