Paul C. HOLLANDER, retired farmer and long time insurance agent, died today 4:30 a.m. Jefferson County Hospital.... Bur. Evergreen Cemetery. Raymond Funeral Home. Home is on RR2 north of Salina. Served as secretary of the Swedish Mutual Insurance Association for 25 years, after which he was a director-agent for the Jefferson County Mutual Insurance Association for 14 years.

Born Feb. 2, 1889, at Salina, son of Gus and Matilda SWANSON HOLLANDER; married in Fairfield Nov. 15, 1916, Irene HILLMAN, who survives. Reared and educated in the Salina community and attended Harkness Business College in Fairfield; member Lutheran Church.

Survivors include wife; two sons, Paul Jr., of New Sharon, and Max, Fairfield; three grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Charles LESHER, Fairfield. Preceded in death by one sister and two brothers.
