OBITUARY. Anna Millie CAVINESS born in Beckwith, Iowa, Aug. 10, 1860, died at her home in Barston, Ill., Feb. 23, 1915. Married John A. BATES Dec. 26, 1879, who preceded her in death June 14, 1913.

Leaves six daughters: Mrs. B. BABCOCK, Mrs. M. DAVIS, of Fairfield; Mrs. Chris STEWART of Ottawa, Ill.; Mrs. E. CASSIDY and Mrs. A. E. NELSON of Moline, Ill.; and Mildred at home. Also three sons, Earl of Spokane, Wash.; Floyd of Des Moines and Verne at home. Her father, R. E. CAVINESS of Pleasant Plain, survives, also three sisters and four brothers and 13 grandchildren. Methodist Church. Burial at Salina.
