Mrs. Nora DEXTER, 75, a long time resident of this community, died at 11:40 a.m. today at Jefferson County hospital.
Funeral arrangements are pending. The body is at the Weston Behner funeral home.

Last rites will be Monday afternoon for Mrs. Nora L. DEXTER, Fairfield resident who passed away yesterday.
Her death came at 11:40 a.m. on her 78th birthday, Thursday, Nov. 7. She had been seriously ill the past month.
The services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Weston Behner funeral home with the Rev. George W. Meyers in charge. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Nora L. DEXTER was born Nov. 7, 1879, at Salem, Ia., the daughter of the late Henry and Lottie FRAZIER WILLIAMS. She was united in marriage to William DEXTER on April 15, 1915 (sic - married January 28, 1917), in Fairfield. He passed away Dec. 22, 1951.
She is survived by two brothers, Charles WILLIAMS, Mt. Pleasant; and Fred WILLIAMS, Fairfield.
Mrs. DEXTER was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother and two sisters.
