Andrew Emil QUICK, 84, Lockridge, died Sat. at 7:25 p.m. at his home in Lockridge. Retired farmer. Bur. New Sweden Lutheran Cemetery. Hoskins Funeral Home in Fairfield.

Born in Lockridge Township Jan. 14, 1872, son of John and Matilda QUICK; married Anna Louise SAMUELSON Feb. 28, 1900; she died Dec. 14, 1950.

Surviving are children: Marie QUICK and Mrs. Webster BOYD, Lockridge; and Mrs. Clarence PETERSON and Mrs. Everett SMITHBURG, Fairfield; eight grandchildren; six greatgrandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Ida GILLEN, Moline, Ill., and a brother, Ed. QUICK, Fairfield. One son is deceased. Member First Augustana Lutheran Church.
