Theodore LILLYBLADE, native of Jefferson Co., died at Veterans Hospital in Des Moines Sat.; born Feb. 6, 1884, son of the late Oscar and Emma SWANSON LILLYBLADE.... Lutheran. WWI. Preceded in death by his wife who died 21 years ago; his parents, two sisters, and a brother.

He is survived by four sisters and one brother: Mrs. Victoria VAN WINKLE, Brighton; Mrs. Anna VINCENT, Lockridge; Mrs. Elizabeth DILLEY, Fairfield; Mrs. Eva BLACK, Ottumwa, and Fred LILLYBLADE, Lockridge; also a number of nieces and nephews.
